WIRELESS BILLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Primary customer service and technical support will be provided by the carrier / manufacturer directly which includes any handset issues, billing questions or warranty exchanges. Wireless Billing serves from time to time as a facilitator of such service and prides itself with its high customer satisfaction ratings. You may contact Wireless Billing regarding your order status and logistics questions but other than that, all other questions should be directed toward the carrier customer care area as they are best trained to answer your questions.

WIRELESS BILLING BILLING AND PRICING

Prepaid phones and service payments are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Any warranty exchange that may be needed as a result will need to be done directly through the carrier or manufacturer service department. Bill payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable, please make sure that you check the number carefully before making payment as once payment has been applied to the phone number, the funds can not be refunded or transferred to another phone number.

Pricing and promotions on the website is generally for new customer's only, pricing for upgrade or replacement device may defer. Please call the sales department to confirm all pricing and promotions for upgrade or replacement handsets. Based on carrier you may have to pay a required activation fee or equipment change fee, these fees are required for purchase of the handset and are done at the store location at the point of sale.

Pricing and promotions may change at any time at full discretion of Wireless Billing. Wireless Billing is not responsible for any promotions that may have expired or for any pricing errors at both retail and online sites. It is the responsibility of the consumer to check regarding our latest pricing and may call our consumer sales line at H2O Wireless Activation (800) regarding any questions regarding pricing or to validate any pricing or promotion. This may also be utilized for calling rates and fees including international calling rates.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Please note that non-AT&T phones need to be unlocked to work with H2O Wireless service. Internet and MMS setup and settings are the responsibility of the customer, we will be able to assist you via Technical Support department to the best of our ability. MMS does not work on all handsets and it is up to the customer to check and verify settings required for MMS to work on handset.

International Texting works in majority of the countries but there are rare exceptions where some networks will not support incoming or outgoing international text messages to and from H2O Wireless network. We recommend checking with carrier regarding any data limits instituted as part of fair-use policy and any other carrier restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with the carrier to understand all the terms and conditions as set by the carrier which may be more restrictive than the general terms as set by this document.

Please note that coverage map is just an estimate of the coverage in your area and does not certify full coverage in all areas, please call our support area for individual coverage check which is more precise. International calling allowance is $10 for the $40 unlimited talk and text plan and $20 for the $50 and $60 unlimited plans as part of the fair use policy. Internet service is limited to 2GB for the $60 package as part of H2O Unlimited fair use policy which you can review at: https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/pageControl.php?page=Tc . Please note that all fair use and carrier terms are dictated by the individual carrier and you must contact carrier directly regarding any questions.

WIRELESS BILLING TRADE-IN AND RECYCLING PROGRAM

Wireless Billing has partnered up with Flipswap for managing our Trade-In program. A portion of the handsets are processed in house and the rest is sent out to Flipswap for processing at various processing centers throughout the world. Please note that you are solely responsible for resetting and deleting out any information on your handset before sending to Wireless Billing. Wireless Billing is not responsible for any content that was not removed prior to submitting to our retail or operations centers. Submitting your handset to Wireless Billing acknowledges that you accept the terms of Wireless Billing and of Flipswap, Inc.
